Model "Agreement to Mediate"

Common to most mediations and facilitations is the need to memoralize the ground rules and conditions under which the process will be conducted. The department has developed a model "Agreement to Mediate" that is consistent with mediation best practices, the model rules for ADR (i.e., OAR 137-005-0030) and the confidentiality provisions of ORS 36.220 to 36.238.
