If you were foreclosed on by one of the five servicers subject to the consent judgment between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2011, you may be eligible for some compensation in the next 6 to 9 months. The Settlement Administrator of this relief has not yet been selected. You will be contacted by the Settlement Administrator. If you are worried that you will be difficult to locate, you may contact the Oregon Attorney General’s Office at 1-877-877-9392 or sign up online to receive more information as it becomes available.
