Foreclosure Avoidance Mediation Program - Rules


Program Rules

Senate Bill 1552 (2012) directed the Attorney General to adopt rules implementing a Foreclosure Avoidance Mediation Program. Permanent program rules were filed with the Secretary of State on January 3rd, 2013 with an effective date of January 7th, 2013. Those rules and related forms and notices are:

A copy of the temporary rules that were adopted with an effective date of July 11, 2012 and repealed effective January 7, 2013 are found at Temporary rules.
