Oregon’s economy is slowly improving. Just the same, many families continue to struggle and Oregon’s unemployment remains as one of the highest in the nation. Attorney General Kroger wants Oregon’s Department of Justice to do its share to assure that businesses may grow and prosper in Oregon. A robust, prosperous, and resilient economy is critical to achieving the vision we all share for our state.
To accomplish this goal, the Department of Justice is collaborating with the leaders of Oregon's businesses, large and small, representatives of labor, as well as the state's political leaders to take meaningful steps to enhance Oregon's business climate. To date, Attorney General Kroger:
If you have specific issues or ideas involving Oregon state government and our state’s business climate, the Attorney General invites you to submit them via email addressed to business.issues@doj.state.or.us. The Department of Justice is collecting these issues and ideas so that it may assess how the state government may work to promote a more positive business climate in Oregon.
