To protect Oregon’s consumers, workers, investors, and taxpayers, attorneys within our Civil Enforcement, Trial and Criminal Justice Divisions:

• Fight financial fraud committed by Wall Street banks and brokerage companies;
• Sue major pharmaceutical companies who violate the public trust and endanger public health;
• Protect consumers from unsafe products and scams; and
• Prosecute companies that illegally pay workers off the books.
