    How to use access keys:

    Windows
    Browser Instructions
    Internet Explorer 5+Hold down the ALT key, press the number or letter of the access key, release both keys. Then press ENTER.
    Internet Explorer 4Hold down the ALT key and press the number or letter of the access key.
    Firefox 2, 3Hold down the Shift key and the ALT key and press the number or letter of the access key.
    Mozilla (including Firefox 1)Hold down the ALT key and press the number or letter of the access key.
    Netscape 9Hold down the Shift key and the ALT key and press the number or letter of the access key.
    Netscape 6-8Hold down the ALT key and press the number or letter of the access key.
    Netscape before 6Access keys are not supported.
    OperaPress and release SHIFT + ESC. Then press the number or letter of the access key.

Enlarging Text
You can resize the text that your browser displays for this website by changing your browser's settings. Follow the directions below for your specific browser. Many newer browsers also allow you to change text size by pressing the CTRL key and simultaneously using the scroll wheel on your mouse to increase or decrease text size.

    or View->Make Text Smaller.
