Attorney General Hardy Myers will release a formal opinion on the implementation of Ballot Measure 7 at a news conference on Tuesday, February 13, 2001, in the Capitol Press Room at noon. Following the release and some initial comments, Myers will be available to answer questions.

The Attorney General's opinion will be available online at www.doj.state.or.us by 11:00 a.m.
