Oregon's Directory of Compliant Tobacco Manufacturers and Brands (pdf)
This is a list of all tobacco manufacturers and the brands and brand styles that are in compliance with Oregon's tobacco laws and may be stamped to be sold to consumers in the State of Oregon.

Oregon's NPM Statutes In Oregon, ORS 323.800 to ORS 323.806 requires tobacco product manufacturers whose cigarettes are sold in Oregon to either join the Master Settlement Agreement ("MSA") or establish and properly fund a qualified escrow account to reflect the number of each manufacturer's cigarettes sold in Oregon. These statutes also establish penalties for noncompliance with its terms.
Oregon's Complementary Tobacco Legislation ORS 180.400 to ORS 180.450 requires all tobacco product manufacturers to file Certifications with the Office of the Attorney General relative to compliance with ORS 323.800 to ORS 323.806. The Attorney General is required to post a Directory of those manufacturers and their brands that are in compliance with these statutes.
Only cigarette brands and brand styles of manufacturers listed on the Attorney General's Directory may be stamped, sold, possessed, or imported in Oregon. ORS 180.400 to ORS 180.450 imposes reporting requirements on tobacco product manufacturers and stamping agents. ORS 180.400 to ORS 180.450 also establish penalties for noncompliance by manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
