ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY PROGRAM

The Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) gives victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking a legal substitute address. For security reasons, the location of the ACP office is confidential. The ACP only works with applicants and participants via telephone, mail, email or fax.

SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIMS’ EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE (SAVE) FUND

The SAVE Fund helps victims of sexual assault get medical exams regardless of their ability to pay.

If you are a victim of sexual assault or a medical provider with questions regarding the SAVE Fund, please contact Valerie Smith at 503-378-6254, or save@doj.state.or.us .

Victims of sexual assault are also encouraged to apply to the Crime Victims’ Compensation Program.


TRAFFICKING RESPONSE & INTERVENTION PROGRAM (TRIP)

T.R.I.P works on developing a comprehensive statewide response to human trafficking that encourages cooperation and coordination across state and local agencies. This is accomplished through helping develop programs and task forces that serve trafficking survivors and providing trainings and technical assistance across the state.
