Subgrantees must collect statistics throughout the calendar year to be submitted annually to the federal Office on Violence Against Women (OVW). This report is a federal requirement and must submitted electronically to cvsdreports@doj.state.or.us by January 31, 2012 for the 2011 calendar year.
CVSD also requires a Semi-Annual Progress Report, using the federal STOP Subgrantee Annual Progress Report Form. This report is due July 20, 2011 for the reporting period of January 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011 and January 31,2012 for reporting period of July 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.

| Tip: When submitting your STOP Subgrantee Annual Progress Report to CVSD, please save the report in a new file and send the newly saved file. This can be done by going to the "File" menu and selecting "Save As" to save a new copy of the report to submit. This minimizes the size of the file and thus eliminates many of the challenges subgrantees have had with electronically submitting their reports. |
