ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY PROGRAM

The Address Confidentiality Program provides a legal substitute address for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. The ACP office is in a confidential location for security reasons and only works with applicants and participants by telephone or mail.

CRIME VICTIMS' COMPENSATION PROGRAM

In the aftermath of a crime the Crime Victims' Compensation Program works to ease the financial burden suffered by victims and their family members. If you are a victim please contact us using the information below. If you are a medical provider with questions about a specific claim please call 503-378-5348 and ask to speak to a claims assistant.

SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIMS' EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE (SAVE) FUND

If you are a victim of sexual assault or a medical provider with questions regarding the SAVE Fund, please contact Valerie Smith at 503-378-5348, or valerie.smith@state.or.us. Victims of sexual assault are also encouraged to apply to the Crime Victims’ Compensation Program.
