The VOCA Advisory Committee advises the Oregon Crime Victims' Services Division (CVSD) regarding the allocation and administration of VOCA funds, and the monitoring of grantees; with the goal of meaningful access to services for victims/survivors of crime, throughout all counties, across all ethnicities and socio-economic groups.
