If you would like to file a complaint about a charitable organization or solicitation, you may use the online form below. Alternatively, you may mail a completed form or letter to the Department of Justice at 100 SW Market Street, Portland, Oregon 97201.

Please note that complaints filed with the Charitable Activities Section may be considered to be a matter of public record. If you are concerned about confidentiality, please call us at 971-673-1880 before submitting your complaint so that we can discuss your request for confidential treatment.
