What: An arrest warrant was issued today for a Morrow County Sheriff's reserve deputy in connection with a murder.

Who: Steven Montie Crum  (DOB: 06-12-1981) is a white male who is 5'11" and 210 pounds. Crum was last known to be driving a 90's red/maroon Dodge pickup truck with a flat bed. He was last seen around 9 a.m. on Oct. 6 in the Northeastern Oregon City of Heppner. Crum may have access to several firearms. He also has law enforcement identification. Crum should be approached with great caution. He may be headed north.

The body of Jessica Rae Killian was discovered shortly before noon on Oct. 4. She is believed to have been killed between Oct. 1 and Oct. 4. The investigation is ongoing.
