The Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Oregon Board of Nursing (the Board) will hold a public hearing to accept recommendations for improvement in coordination and cooperation between law enforcement organizations and the Board.

The Board and DOJ welcome suggestions from any person.  Interested parties are encouraged to submit written comments to DOJ in advance of the hearing.  Written materials may also be submitted at the hearing.

Law enforcement investigations sometimes involve licensees of the Board.  In the course of its regulatory duties, the Board investigates licensees.  The Board and DOJ seek comments from any quarter about any aspect of the relationship between the two types of investigations.
