JR Furniture USA, Inc., entered into a Stipulated General Judgment with the State of Oregon to settle the matters raised by the State's July 2010 complaint filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court. Under the Judgment, the Oregon Department of Justice can provide restitution to consumers using money JR Furniture paid to the State. If you received a "free grocery voucher" from JR Furniture or believe you were improperly charged a restocking fee, submit a consumer complaint or contact the toll free Consumer Hotline at 1-877-877-9392 and provide supporting documentation. Please explain why you believe you should get restitution and in what amount. The Department of Justice will contact you if additional information is needed.
