Join NCVLI for a discussion of the ways in which the response to the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted victims’ rights legal practice. This online training will identify key rights that have been implicated by criminal justice system actors’ responses to the pandemic and articulate ways in which victims’ rights lawyers have been responding. As each jurisdiction’s justice system is continuing to adapt to this ever-changing reality, the training will include opportunities for practitioners nationwide to participate and share promising practices regarding how victims’ rights can be leveraged to help ensure that the justice systems respond to the concerns of victims.
