Presenter: Zoe Flowers, WOCN, Inc.
Sexual Assault, domestic violence, systematic oppression and other forms of trauma can take a toll on the body, mind, and spirit. Additionally, navigating the courts, criminal justice system and even the medical profession can leave survivors, advocates and other healing professionals feeling stressed out and re-victimized. Survivors and advocates alike need time to breathe, relax and re-orient themselves with their authentic self. This interactive webinar is designed to provide participants with techniques to slow down and reconnect to their strength, creativity, and spirit.
