The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the domestic violence crisis by further isolating many people from family, friends, and support systems; and creating even deeper economic and emotional hardships.
Federal Government representatives, researchers, and service providers will discuss how COVID-19 has impacted the occurrence of domestic violence across the country.
Topics covered will range from analysis of domestic violence calls to inequities experienced by underserved populations and service provider challenges.
