A new Subcommittee of the Oregon Sunshine Committee will have its first meeting on Thursday, April 25, 2019 – 1:00pm – 4:00 at the Oregon State Archives, 800 Summer St. NE, Salem, Oregon. The purpose of the Subcommittee is to recommend ways to streamline current public records exemptions by identifying exemptions that may be out of date or obsolete, conflict with other laws, or are redundant. The agenda for Thursday’s meeting will include discussion about which types of exemptions to review and the process for conducting the reviews.
