Agenda:

The subgroup will discuss:

(1) Possible streamlining of exemptions preliminarily grouped in the “Administration” category, “Public Body Business Transactions” subcategory;

(2) Subcategories for cataloguing exemptions preliminarily grouped in the “Economic Affairs” category and in the “Personal Privacy and Safety” category.

The public is welcome to attend. Meeting materials will be posted on the Public Records Law Reform Task Force website. Anyone wishing to listen to the meeting remotely should be able to do so online at FreeConferenceCall.com. The broadcast will be available once the recording has begun.
