Attorney General’s Public Records Law Reform Task Force Subgroup

Public attendance is welcome and encouraged.

Agenda: The subgroup will continue its discussion of specific of exemptions from public disclosure. The subsets consist of exemptions preliminarily categorized as concerning public safety, and other exemptions preliminarily categorized as facilitating government administration. A spreadsheet with these preliminary categorizations is available at Working Catalogue of Public Records Exemptions.

Meeting materials will be posted on the Public Records Law Reform Task Force website.

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. Requests for accommodations for people with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
