Attorney General Rosenblum in June welcomed summer law clerks to the Oregon DOJ at her 5th Annual Law Clerk Ice Cream Social in the Portland legal office. The ice cream social is a fun opportunity for law clerks from throughout the DOJ’s legal divisions to meet the AG and some of her executive staff. A similar event was held in Salem the day before.
Each year the Oregon DOJ invites approximately 60 law clerks to gain valuable legal experience working in areas ranging from child advocacy to financial fraud to appellate cases. The term of appointment usually is three months for summer clerks. Law clerk recruitment begins in December of each year. If you have questions about the law clerk program, please send an email to Recruitment@doj.oregon.gov and we will be happy to tell you more.
