The Oregon Sunshine Committee will be meeting on January 29, 2020 in the Oregon State Capitol. The meeting will be held at 1:30 PM, in Hearing Room 343 of the Oregon State Capitol, 900 Court St. NE, Salem, OR 97301.
After introductions, and consideration of previous minutes, the Sunshine Committee will:
- Revisit the family law exemptions, posted at https://www.doj.state.or.us/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/OSC_2019-07-17_Family_Information_Exemption_Summaries.pdf and possibly vote on a recommendation.
- Take any public testimony offered with respect to exemptions pertaining to health care, posted at https://www.doj.state.or.us/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/OSC_2020-01-29_Exemption_Summaries.pdf
- Time permitting, discuss the report to the legislature due later in 2020
- Hear reports from subcommittee chairs
- Discuss future business
