Regulation of nonprofit gaming is the responsibility of the Oregon Department of Justice. The laws and regulations afford bona fide, nonprofit, tax exempt organizations the opportunity to utilize bingo, raffle, and Monte Carlo event gaming as a means of raising funds for their charitable programs.
The following information is intended to provide a general introduction to those organizations considering nonprofit gaming as a fund raising activity.
