How To Apply For A Charitable Gaming License
Charitable organizations must meet the following criteria to qualify for a gaming license in Oregon:
- The organization must be exempt from the payment of federal income tax, and
- The organization must have held tax-exempt status for a period of at least one year, and
- During this period, the organization must have been engaged primarily in its charitable, fraternal, or religious purpose.
