Charitable Gaming License Applications and Reports

How To Apply For A Charitable Gaming License

Charitable organizations must meet the following criteria to qualify for a gaming license in Oregon:

  1. The organization must be exempt from the payment of federal income tax, and
  2. The organization must have held tax-exempt status for a period of at least one year, and
  3. During this period, the organization must have been engaged primarily in its charitable, fraternal, or religious purpose.
