DOJ is committed to ensuring a safe and fair marketplace for Oregon consumers and businesses. While state law prohibits the Attorney General or DOJ employees from offering legal advice counsel to individuals, we are able to help many informally resolve consumer issues.

If you would like to take legal action please contact a private attorney or file suit in local small claims court. If you need help finding a lawyer, the Oregon State Bar Lawyer Referral Service can help match you with an appropriate legal representative.
