Effective October 6, 2025, the Oregon Child Support Program reassigned some cases from our Oregon City, Bend, and Roseburg offices to our Hillsboro, Pendleton, and Medford offices. If your case was reassigned, you should have received an email or postcard with more information. If you would like to check, your online account should reflect your new assigned office, or you can contact Customer Service at 800-850-0228 or ChildSupportCustomerService@doj.oregon.gov.
