Effective August 1, 2025, the Columbia County District Attorney’s office stopped handling child support cases. All cases assigned to that office are now being managed by DOJ Division of Child Support offices. If you were affected by this change, you should have received an email or postcard letting you know of the change and how you can find your new office information. If your case was assigned to the Columbia County District Attorney’s office and you did not receive a notice, you can check your online account for or contact Customer Service at 800-850-0228 or ChildSupportCustomerService@doj.oregon.gov.
