Message from Kate Cooper Richardson

Oregon Child Support Program Director

Raising and supporting children isn’t easy—and it’s more difficult when you’re on your own. For 50 years, the Oregon Child Support Program has offered services that improve the well-being of children, reduce reliance on public assistance, encourage family self-sufficiency, and save taxpayer money. We deliver these services through the Oregon Department of Justice Division of Child Support, with assistance from some district attorney offices.
As the Director of the Oregon Child Support Program, I’m committed to continuing our 50-year tradition of dedicated public service—supporting parents to support children.
