Update

On 5/13/25, the plaintiff states filed their complaint.

On 5/19/25, the plaintiff states filed a motion for preliminary injunction. The district court will hold a hearing on the motion on 6/17/25.

On 7/2/25, plaintiffs filed an amended complaint and a summary judgment motion. Briefing on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment is pending in the district court.

On 9/24/25, the district court issued an order granting summary judgment to the plaintiff states.

On 10/8/25, plaintiffs filed a motion to enforce the judgment.

On 10/14/25, the district court issued an order granting the motion to enforce the judgment.

On 11/21/25, defendants appealed the district court’s summary judgment order.
