On 4/3/26, the states filed their complaint.

On 4/24/26, the plaintiff states filed a summary judgment motion.

On 5/7/26, defendants filed a motion to dismiss.

On 6/2/26, the district court held a hearing on the plaintiff states’ summary judgment motion and the federal defendants’ motion to dismiss.

On 6/25/26, the district court granted the plaintiff states’ summary judgment motion and blocked the unlawful directives in the President’s executive order.
