The court held a hearing on the motion on 7/31/25.

On 8/5/25, the district court issued a preliminary injunction order » barring the government from reallocating BRIC grant funds for other purposes. The district court has set a briefing schedule for dispositive motions.

On 10/15/25, plaintiffs filed a summary judgment motion.

On 11/5/25, defendants filed a cross-motion for summary judgment and opposition to plaintiffs’ motion.

On 12/11/25, the district court issued an opinion and order granting the plaintiff states’ summary judgment motion.

On 2/17/26, plaintiff states filed a motion to enforce the court’s summary judgment order.

On 3/6/26, the court issued an order granting the states’ motion to enforce.
