Update

On 10/28/25, the plaintiff states filed their complaint and motion for temporary restraining order.

On 11/9/25, plaintiffs filed a further motion for a temporary restraining order.

On 11/12/25, the district court issued an order granting in part plaintiffs’ TRO motion. The case is currently stayed pending further discussions between the parties.

On 4/30/26, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the complaint without prejudice, to effectuate their settlement of the case.

On 5/1/26, the court dismissed the case without prejudice.
