  • UPDATE: Division 46, 137-046-0140 (Proposed Redlined Edits) – Pursuant to comments received, DOJ is considering proposing edits to OAR 137-046-0140 beyond what appeared in the Notice of Rulemaking.  Specifically, in subsections 3 and 6 of OAR 137-046-0140, DOJ anticipates replacing the thresholds for the use of approved templates and material advice with the thresholds set forth in the respective statutes, ORS 279A.157 and ORS 279A.161.

2023 Public Hearing
