- UPDATE: Division 46, 137-046-0140 (Proposed Redlined Edits) – Pursuant to comments received, DOJ is considering proposing edits to OAR 137-046-0140 beyond what appeared in the Notice of Rulemaking. Specifically, in subsections 3 and 6 of OAR 137-046-0140, DOJ anticipates replacing the thresholds for the use of approved templates and material advice with the thresholds set forth in the respective statutes, ORS 279A.157 and ORS 279A.161.
