Recruiting, Hiring, and Retaining Diverse Staff: Cultural Belonging

October 10, 2023

Welcome

We are excited to offer this special training, exclusive for CVSSD grantees. We hope your staff who work to recruit, hire and retain staff will join us. Three change leaders from Oregon Department of Human Services will facilitate this in-person event. The learning path includes taking back and applying what you learned in your organization. It also includes a follow up virtual session to discuss our experience back at work and receive additional support.

This event is free. We expect it will fill quickly, so don’t wait to register. You may use grant funds to cover your travel expenses.

Please let us know if you have questions, or if there is anything we can do to support your participation.
