Human Trafficking Resources for Juvenile Justice

Within this Section

Effective January 1, 2024, Senate Bill 745 requires county juvenile departments to complete a sex trafficking vulnerability screening assessment in JJIS.

In addition to completing the assessment, when a youth is identified as a suspected victim of sex trafficking,
the county juvenile departments must report suspected victims of sex trafficking to ODHS Child Abuse Hotline.
    AND
Refer suspected victims of sex trafficking to resources. This webpage lists the county specific resources to refer suspected victims of sex trafficking.
The resources are provided by the county juvenile departments. If you do not see resources listed for your area, connect with your county’s juvenile department director to update this page.
