About

The CVI Grantee Summit is a training and networking event. All grantees that receive CVI funding from CVSSD must attend.

We are looking for you to send up to four people, one of whom is an administrator (i.e. executive director, COO). We also welcome program managers, financial staff, and Board of Directors to attend.

Welcome

We are excited to invite you to the 2025 CVI Summit! Join us for an invaluable opportunity to connect and strengthen the relationships that are crucial for supporting you in the challenging work you do.

Over the course of two days, we will feature national and local presenters, including your peers in this vital field. This summit will also provide a platform to recognize your hard work and dedication. Together, we will train and explore innovative ways to increase access for the people you serve.

We genuinely believe that this event will bring significant value to you and your programs. We are eager to see you there!

What to Expect

The Salem Convention Center offers complimentary wireless internet access and gender inclusive bathrooms. Free underground parking is available at The Grand Hotel in Salem.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only.

The Summit includes an Affinity Space located near the ballroom. This is a space specifically set aside so that people can connect with others who share their identities. We will share more information about this space on the first day of the Summit.

We will be tracking attendance. Each morning you will sign in at the registration table. Please allow time for checking in which begins at 8:00am.

When checking in on the first day, you will receive a name badge with lanyard that includes your first and last name, organization, city, and county as well as pronouns (if included in registration). If you would like your name badge to include different information than what was provided in your registration, please contact Amanda Shinkle | email.

We will provide coffee, tea, and water until 2:00 p.m. each day. We encourage you to bring your reusable cups to reduce waste. Breakfast and lunch are provided on both days. No outside food is permitted in the conference center.

We are committed to providing accessible materials and programming at all our events.
